The German Swiss International School (GSIS) in Hong Kong is one of the city's leading international schools, offering high-quality, holistic education to a diverse student body of approximately 1,300 students, supported by 240 dedicated faculty and staff. Established as a non-profit organisation, GSIS operates under a unique governance model with affiliation to the German government. The school is structured into two distinct Streams, German and English, providing pathways to the German International Abitur and the I/GCSE and IBDP qualifications, respectively.
Spanish with any other additional subject, Ethics / German / French preferred (Secondary School - German International Stream).
The successful candidate will be an excellent classroom practitioner who is dedicated to enabling each child to achieve the highest possible standards. She/He will be expected to be up to date with current teaching and learning practices with regards to differentiated learning, assessment and reporting. She/he will be a dynamic, open-minded and enthusiastic practitioner who provides learning opportunities for every student commensurate to her/his needs, abilities and stage of development. The successful candidate will be responsible for the development and growth of the Spanish programme at GSIS.
Start date: 1 August 2027. Full-time, on-site.

- Teacher training (Germany, Switzerland, Austria).
- Proven teaching experience in secondary desired.
- High level of technical and methodological skills.
- Native German fluency and the ability to deliver the German curriculum are mandatory requirements.
