We are seeking an enthusiastic, creative, and dedicated Teacher of Spanish to join our successful MFL department. The ability to teach French to Key Stage 3 (and potentially Key Stage 4) would be a distinct advantage. Whether you are an Early Career Teacher (ECT) looking for a supportive school to start your career, or an experienced practitioner seeking a new challenge, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Teach high-quality Spanish lessons across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 (GCSE).
- Deliver engaging French lessons at Key Stage 3 to help foster a dual-language foundation.
- Inspire and motivate students of all abilities with interactive, culturally rich lessons.
- Track student progress and implement targeted interventions to ensure high achievement.
What We Are Looking For:
- A qualified teacher (QTS) with a degree in Spanish or a related subject.
- The ability to teach French as a second language is highly desirable.
- A passion for teaching languages and a strong understanding of the current curriculum.
- Excellent classroom management skills and the ability to build strong rapport with young people.
- A team player who is eager to contribute to the wider school community.
