A good standard of education with relevant qualifications in Spanish or Modern Foreign Languages.
Strong communication skills with the ability to engage and motivate secondary school students.
Willingness to learn and adapt teaching methods according to student needs.
Basic understanding of Key Stage 3 & 4 curriculum requirements for languages.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
