Salary range: Approximately $365.000HKD (40.000 €) annually (Based on a commission per hour of work.)
Bimic is an educational project based in Hong Kong, born with a clear mission: to bring the Spanish language and culture to people of all ages and levels. We offer personalised, in-home Spanish classes tailored to each student.
We are a team, not a freelance network. We are looking for people who want to be part of something stable, with commitment and a long-term vision.
What will you do?
- Design creative, dynamic classes adapted to each student (children, teenagers, adults, companies...).
- Teach in-home classes across Hong Kong, connecting with your students and understanding their real needs.
- Prepare your own materials or use our shared resource bank.
- Maintain constant communication with families and the team (feedback, follow-up, coordination).

- Background in education.
- We highly value training in Spanish teaching and knowledge of the school curriculum (IGCSE, IB, DELE).
- Previous experience in education, preferably in personalized teaching programs.
- Good communication skills and ability to build relationships with students and families.
- Creativity and skills to create innovative and engaging teaching materials.
- Availability to reside in Hong Kong and travel around the city to teach in-home classes.
