The Spanish Teacher is responsible for delivering high-quality Spanish language instruction across primary and secondary grade levels following the Cambridge International Curriculum framework. The role includes planning and delivering engaging lessons, assessing student progress, preparing learners for key Cambridge assessments, and fostering a positive learning environment that promotes intercultural understanding and effective communication.
Key responsibilities: plan, prepare, and deliver Spanish lessons aligned with the Cambridge syllabus; develop schemes of work that incorporate Cambridge learning objectives, linguistic skills (listening, speaking, reading, writing), cultural content, and global perspectives; use differentiated instruction strategies to support diverse learners, including EAL students and students with varied proficiency levels in Spanish; integrate communicative teaching methods, inquiry-based learning, and active student engagement; design and facilitate formative and summative assessments in alignment with Cambridge standards; prepare students for Spanish examinations; contribute to the ongoing review and development of the Spanish curriculum and teaching resources; organize or support Spanish language events, competitions, cultural days, clubs, or trips.

- Bachelor's degree in Spanish, Modern Languages, Education, or a related field.
- Experience teaching Spanish across multiple grade levels.
- Experience teaching Cambridge IGCSE or AS/A Level Spanish.
