Academia Cotopaxi is seeking a highly professional educator to join our team for the remainder of the 2027-28 school year. The breakdown of the teaching load is as follows: 2 sections of MS Grade 6 Spanish Language & Literature (native speakers), 2 sections of MS Grade 7 Spanish Language & Literature (native speakers) and 1 section of HS Spanish 1 & 2 / IB DP Spanish Ab Initio (non-native speakers). A full teaching load is 5 out of 8 total blocks; the school uses block scheduling with 4 blocks taking place each day.
Full time, fixed term. Start date: January 4th / as soon as possible.
A qualified candidate will have experience and training in teaching Middle School and High School Spanish to native and non-native Spanish speakers. Experience with the IB DP Spanish Ab Initio course is preferable.
