We are seeking an enthusiastic and inspiring Teacher of Modern Foreign Languages (MFL) with specialisms in Spanish and French to join our school community from January 2027.

Employment type: Full Time. Contract duration: Permanent. Start date: 1st January 2027.

You will be joining a highly successful, oversubscribed 11-18 mixed comprehensive school with 1600 students in the school including over 300 in the sixth form and a Trust with three primary schools, one junior school and one infant school.
Whether you are an ECT or an experienced practitioner, you will be a dynamic and motivated teacher, committed to raising aspirations and standards through high-quality teaching and learning.
The successful candidate will:
- Be a highly motivated, enthusiastic, and confident teacher who delivers engaging and creative lessons that inspire a love of learning languages.
- Be able to teach either French or Spanish to Key Stage 5.
- Be able to teach both French and Spanish at KS3.
- Demonstrate the ability to secure excellent levels of engagement, progress, and achievement for all learners.
- Be committed to continuous professional development.
- Contribute positively to the wider life of the school, including participation in extra-curricular activities.
- Be eager to take on the role of Form Tutor, supporting the pastoral development of students.
