Descripción 

The Department of Modern Languages & Literatures at Loyola University Maryland is seeking a full-time Assistant Teaching Professor of Spanish to teach in the department (4/4 load) and provide service to the department and university beginning Fall 2023. Position duties include teaching in the core language sequence (SN 101-104), as well as providing service to the department and University. The search committee is especially interested in candidates who will contribute to LUM’s stated goal of equity and inclusion of the academic community. Specifically, we are looking for a candidate interested and/or with experience with High Impact Teaching Practices.

Requisitos 

At least a M.A. or equivalent in Spanish, native or near-native fluency in Spanish and previous experience in college level Spanish language instruction. The successful candidate must possess an awareness of an interest in high impact practices in line with the mission of Jesuit higher education.
