We are currently seeking a Teacher/Residence Life Assistant (TRA) specializing in Spanish Language Acquisition to join our residential team.
Position Overview:
The Teacher/Residence Life Assistant (TRA) will support both language learning and residential life for our boarding students. This role involves assisting with Spanish language acquisition activities while also serving as a Residential/Boarding Supervisor, ensuring the well-being and safety of students living on campus. No previous teaching experience or curriculum preparation is required.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution
- Strong interest in supporting student growth in Spanish language skills
- Ability to work effectively within a residential setting supervising boarding students
- Good communication skills with students, staff, and parents
- Flexibility and adaptability to meet the needs of diverse learners
- Willingness to engage positively with cultural diversity
