The Department of Spanish, Italian and Portuguese at Penn State (University Park) invites applications for a full-time Lecturer or Assistant Teaching Professor position in Spanish (non-tenure-track), to begin in August 2026.
Responsibilities include teaching introductory and intermediate language courses. Teaching load is eight hybrid courses per year or equivalent configuration.
Rank will be determined based on education and experience.
Applicants must have native or near-native fluency in English and Spanish. A Master’s degree or higher in Spanish or related field is required by the appointment date.
