We are seeking an enthusiastic and highly effective Teacher of MFL Spanish to deliver outstanding language education across the Senior School. The successful candidate will teach engaging Spanish lessons that foster linguistic proficiency, cultural awareness, and strong academic outcomes. Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver well-planned and inspiring Spanish lessons aligned with the Cambridge curriculum and whole-school academic expectations.
• Foster language acquisition, intercultural understanding, and effective communication skills through high-quality teaching and learning.
• Assess, monitor, and report on student progress with accuracy and consistency, maintaining high academic standards.
• Contribute to curriculum development and the ongoing improvement of schemes of work, resources, and assessment practices.
• Support and collaborate with Modern Foreign Languages Department colleagues, promoting strong pedagogy and continual professional growth.
• Ensure inclusive teaching strategies that support students of all abilities, including those with diverse learning needs.
• Enhance the MFL co-curricular programme through clubs, cultural events, competitions, and enrichment opportunities.
• Contribute to the pastoral care of students and promote wellbeing, resilience, and a passion for language learning.
