We have an exciting opportunity to appoint a Lead of Spanish to our successful MFL department. You will be responsible for the leadership and management of the team of Spanish teachers within the MFL department. You will also be responsible to the Head of MFL for the development of the Spanish curriculum, across all key stages to ensure that it meets the needs of our students.

You will also ensure that all teachers are supported in their individual professional development, through both the performance management process, and by attendance at whole Academy training days.
