The university invites applications for the position of full-time Lecturer of Spanish starting August 2025.

Primary responsibility is teaching beginning and intermediate Spanish courses at the undergraduate level. Courses may be face-to-face, hybrid, or online. Evening teaching may be required. Teaching load is 5/5 with a 3-year contract.

Requisitos

Minimum Qualifications
Successful candidates must demonstrate a high level of Spanish competency. Master’s or Ph.D. in Spanish or Languages with experience teaching Spanish at the college level.

Preferred Qualifications
Background in linguistics, language acquisition, and/or experience in teaching Spanish for a variety of workplaces (e.g., business, nursing, etc.) would be preferred.
