We are seeking a bilingual English/Spanish linguist to join our language team. This role
combines linguistic, creative, and coding skills to ensure the quality of AI-generated copy
and support our global customer base.
As a language specialist you will:
- Ensure that the content generated by our platform is free from spelling and grammatical errors and aligns with our customers’ brand guidelines.
- Receive training on how to work with Jacquard's Natural Language Generation (NLG) systems.
- Troubleshoot, problem solve and bug fix.
- Identify linguistic patterns.
- Partner with our customer success team to provide language support for global brands.
- Take responsibility for Spanish-language projects, ensuring linguistic accuracy and cultural relevance.
Requisitos
- A passion for languages and emerging language technologies
- Native-level fluency in a Latin American variety of Spanish and US English to effectively work with content in both languages
- A degree in Linguistics/Literature/Modern Languages or another relevant subject
- Excellent writing ability, including spelling and grammar, and attention to detail
- Able to adapt style and tone to suit a range of brands and achieve different communication goals within a commercial setting
- Able to meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Interest in using logic, coding and prompt engineering skills
