The Department of World Languages and Literatures at Texas State University invites applications for a tenure-track Assistant Professor position in Spanish with a focus on translation and/or professional Spanish.
Applicants should have a strong commitment to teaching, scholarly research, and collegial service.
Teaching at the Round Rock campus may be required on a case-by-case basis.
Requisitos
- Ph.D in Spanish, Spanish Linguistics, Applied Linguistics, or a comparable field in hand by August 1st 2025
- Native or near-native command of Spanish and English,
- Demonstrated teaching experience in Spanish at the university level.
- Applicants should have a strong commitment to teaching, scholarly research, and collegial service.
